Booking and payment
Payment is requested when you book. For activities offered on request, the amount is held on your card and only charged once our team confirms.
Cancellation
You can cancel online, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your activity starts. After that, please contact us directly at +590 690 13 29 25.
Weather closures
If we close an activity for weather or safety reasons (wind, swell...), you are fully refunded automatically.
On request activities
Some activities depend on the day's conditions or an instructor's availability. Your card is only charged after our confirmation, within 24 hours.
